How can I pay my invoice?

You will receive an email containing the invoice with a button to click and enter your payment information. Our preferred payment method is ACH bank transfers. We also offer the option of paying with a Credit or Debit Card, however a 3% fee will be added to the total invoice.

How soon will my tax return be filed?

Our goal is complete tax returns as quickly as possible, usually within 20 business days from when all required documents are received.

We do offer an expedited service for an extra fee, if you need your return prepared by a specific date please notify us when you submit your documents.

We will be in touch throughout the process to keep you informed of the progress on your return. Please respond promptly to our messages and requests so that we can complete your return in a timely matter.

What should I do if I receive a notice from the IRS?

Upload IRS and State notices to the portal mes.taxdome.com immediately for our review so that we may guide you on the next steps.

We offer representation services for our clients. The options for responding to the notice will be explained to you once we have evaluated the letter. Please note that representation services are not part of your tax preparation fee and will be billed at an hourly rate.
