What software do you use?

We currently use QuickBooks Online and Xero accounting software. We do not provide services for clients using Quickbooks Desktop, however we are able to transfer your account to an online version.

Payroll services are currently offered through a third party service such as Gusto, Onpay, or ADP.

Do I need to come to your office, or can we work remotely?

We currently offer both in-person and remote services, however we are moving towards a remote only practice in the future. Our schedule for in person appointments is limited and will be completely phased out by March 2026.

By running a virtual practice we are able to travel and spend more time with our families. With modern technology, we can easily serve our clients from anywhere.

How do you protect my financial records and information?

Security and Privacy are at the top of our priorities with our clients and potential clients. We employ the latest security measures and ensure that only authorized personnel access your data.

How do you charge for your services?

We offer fixed rate packages that are customized specific to your business needs. We do offer hourly rates for one time projects but do not bill hourly for our monthly bookkeeping and payroll services.

Our minimum fee starts at $350 a month for bookkeeping and we offer add on services such as Payroll, Sales Tax, Receipt Management, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. We can discuss your specific business needs during our initial consultation.

Yes! We can assist in setting up accounting/payroll systems and choosing the right tax structure for your business. By working with us you are ensuring that you start with the right foot forward when it comes to your business financial management.

I received a tax notice, can you help with that?

Absolutely! We offer representation services to help resolve notices received. These services are billed at an hourly rate of $200-$250 an hour with a retainer payment due up front.

Our fees are based on the complexity of the tax return.

We will quote an estimated fee during our consultation call.

Individual return (1040): $350

Corporate 1120 & 1120 S: $1200

Partnership 1065: $1200

We can most certainly help!
